What is Foreign Language Transcription?

The Process for Foreign Language Transcription
Once the foreign language transcriber has completed the transcription, a translation of the transcribed text is completed. The translation is often completed by a different foreign language transcriber owing to the language combination. For example, if the original transcription was in a Spanish dialect, then the transcription would be conducted by a foreign language transcriber whose mother tongue was Spanish and preferably from the area in which the dialect is spoken. If the Spanish was to be translated into English an English mother tongue foreign language transcriber would complete the translation.
